UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
We accept UK-issued and most international tap, chip and PIN, magnetic stripe cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron or Vpay logo. The following card types are accepted:
Mainland UK – Up to 3 working days for standard delivery and up to 2 days for express if you order before 3pm Monday – Friday.
Delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey may take a day or two longer than mainland UK.
Our website complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and the whole website is encrypted using Extended Validation Secure Sockets Layer (EV SSL). All this simply means that information exchange between you and our website is secure.
Qbis UK complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We do not store your credit card details either!
If you order before 3pm on Monday-Friday, we will normally pack and dispatch your order the same day. During peak periods we may dispatch your order on the next working day. We hope you understand as we’re a small family business with limited staff.
You will receive an email when you complete your order. You can also login if you create an account to view details of your order. Please contact us if you need a VAT invoice

The fastest way for us to respond is usually through our contact form as we can respond throughout the day while we are busy packing orders for quick dispatch. Please note that we are a fully online company and as we aim to keep our prices as low as possible we do not have a regularly manned phone number. Please don’t let this put you off calling though. We will answer the phone if we’re at our desk. Feel free to leave a message. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
