What are the delivery charges for orders?


Tracked 48 (2-5 working days) – £4.99 or £2.99 for small and light items
Tracked 24 (1-3 working days)* – £5.99 
If ordered before 3pm Mon – Fri.*Please be aware that this service for Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey is a 2 working day service.
Please call us on +44 2380 262620 or fill in the contact form. Just to give you an idea of cost, we can send the small and light items for £3.99 up to 250g.
Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept UK-issued and most international tap, chip and PIN, magnetic stripe cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron or Vpay logo. The following card types are accepted:

  • Credit
  • Corporate
  • Debit
  • Prepaid
How long will delivery take?

Mainland UK – Due to the backlog at Royal Mail please allow up to 13 working days for standard delivery (Tracked 48) and up to 7 days for express (Tracked 24) if you order before 3pm Monday – Friday.

We do have a next day delivery service 4pm for £9.99 for items weighing up to 1kg. For heavier items, we use UPS Express Saver which is £11.99. Please call us on 02380 262620 if you would like to book this.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey may take a day or two longer than mainland UK.


How secure is shopping online with Qbis UK? Is my data protected?

Our website complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and the whole website is encrypted using Extended Validation Secure Sockets Layer (EV SSL). All this simply means that information exchange between you and our website is secure.

Qbis UK complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not store your credit card details either!

What exactly happens after ordering?

If you order before 3pm on Monday-Friday, we will normally pack and dispatch your order the same day. During peak periods we may dispatch your order on the next working day. We hope you understand as we’re a small family business with limited staff.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an email when you complete your order. You can also login if you create an account to view details of your order. Please contact us if you need a VAT invoice
