TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS
At Qbis, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and service. In the event that you are not satisfied with a product you may return it within 14 days of the order dispatch date. Any returned product must be unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
In the event of a return, items will be refunded taking into account any promotional discount which may have been applied to any or all items at the time of purchase.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

HOW TO RETURN UNWANTED GOODS:
Please contact us before returning any goods.
Return the original packing slip with the item/s and clearly mark which item is being returned.
Items being returned must be securely packaged to avoid damage. Please include the original packing slip with the item.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged when returned. When returning goods by post, please ask the Post Office for a certificate of posting and keep this safe should you need to make a claim from the Post Office.
Returned goods will be inspected and approved prior to issuing a refund. We will refund your payment card within 10 days of receiving the goods. (Your bank or credit card company may take longer to credit the amount to your account). We are not liable for any bank charges which maybe incurred during a refund.
We will refund the cost of a returned item (taking into account any promotion applied to the original purchase) excluding the cost of postage and packing. If the product has been returned damaged or the packaging is damaged or if we believe that the product has been used then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
